06/12/2006 Force of Change is going to be playing a few songs at several of the East Coast and Midwest dates of the xDEATHSTARx/Means tour that is currently going on. If you haven't checked out the new albums by each of those two bands, please do so. We will have much merch available at all the shows as well. Check the shows section for dates and locations. xDEATHSTARx's Myspace Means' Myspace 03/04/2006 We have some new dates up in the shows section with Ignite The Will. Their new CD is out now courtesy of Hand of Hope Records. A few more will be added soon as soon as they get confirmed. We also have a new shirt design up in the online store. They are limited to 50, so get one of those while they are still available. 12/22/2006 We finally have a drummer! Marc Jackson (Throwdown, Cold War) is going to fill the role. Please check out his other band Cold War. We have a bunch of new shows up. Please check those dates out when you get a chance. Also, check out our friends in xBISHOPx as well. We will be doing about 10 West Coast dates with them in February. Please check back soon. We will have some new merch up in the store within the next couple weeks. 10/17/2006 The record release shows are coming up this weekend. The new CD and LP are now available in the merch section of the site along with some new designs. A few more shows have been added to the CA Takeover Mini Tour. We are happy to announce a couple of additions to the Force of Change lineup. Scott Sprigg (Buried Alive, Stand & Fight) will be joining on guitar and Rupert (Every Second Counts) will be joining on bass. Hopefully we will find a full time drummer soon (WE ARE STILL LOOKING) and the era of fill ins will be over. Thanks to Jesse and Casey of Stick To Your Guns for helping us out on guitar and drums. Thanks to Oscar of Time For Change for helping out on bass. 09/09/2006 The new CD/LP is now available for pre-order at Indecision Records. Those should be shipping well before the October 10th street date. The new LP comes in a gatefold layout (THANKS MANDEL!). Of course, preorders will have priority for the limited colored vinyl. We have added a few shows as well. Our record release weekend with The First Step is scheduled to hit The Alpine on October 20th and Chain Reaction on October 21st. CALIFORNIA TAKEOVER II with Path of Resistance, First Blood, xDEATHSTARx, and Force of Change is scheduled at the Showcase Theatre on November 4th. We are really looking forward to all those dates. 08/28/2006 We had three shows with our friends in Sinking Ships this weekend. Hopefully we will be able to do a longer tour with those guys soon because we had a great time with them. Thanks to everyone who came out to the shows. We have a show on August 30th in San Diego at Soma with our friends in Stick To Your Guns. That will be our last CA show for a while. We have limited sizes left of nearly all our designs, so check those out now if you are interested. We will not be reprinting the Judge rip off, the EP cover shirt, or the Bond We Share crewnecks, so get what is left of them. 06/09/2006 Our CDEP titled "The Bond We Share" is now in stores. It contains our four demo songs (remixed and remastered) plus a cover of A Chorus of Disapproval's "Full Circle Stop." If you are a local OC/LA kid, please pick up the CD at the Huntington or Cypress Bionic stores. In other news, we go into the studio next week to record our full length for Indecision Records. We are really excited to finally get going on that. There will be 8 new songs and 2 re-recorded songs from the demo. The album will be titled "The Fire Still Burns" and it should be in stores everywhere by September or October 2006. We are getting everything ready for our tour with Stick To Your Guns. All of the tour dates will be up in the shows section soon. I am just waiting on a couple more confirmations. 05/10/2006 Force of Change is set to enter the studio on June 12th to record or upcoming full length for Indecision Records. Expect the full length to be out in September/Octomber 2006. We are also happy to announce that we will be going on tour with Stick To Your Guns in July. We will be hitting CA, OR, WA, ID, UT, CO, NV, NM, and AZ. Those dates will all be up in the shows section once we get them all confirmed. Force of Change is looking for a drummer. TBTC is still doing the CDEP, but our good friends at 6131 will be doing the 7" now. The CDEP is now available for preorder at our myspace. It will be up for preorder here within the next couple of days. We are working on a 4 day mini-tour through Nor-Cal and Nevada with our good friends in Vagary and Time For Change. I will have those dates posted in the shows section when they are all confirmed. Lastly, we will be doing a West Coast tour this summer with Sinking Ships in late August. Those dates will also be posted shortly. Thanks for your time. Have a good day. 03/30/2006 Our debut CDEP is now sheduled to be released on April 28th. We will have those available for our weekend trip with Final Fight, Lights Out, Allegiance, and Vagary. The 7" is scheduled for a May release date. Force of Change is also going to be heading back into the studio soon to record our version of "Bringin It Down" by Judge. The track would be released on a Tribute to Revelation Records Compilation that Revelation has in the works. More info on that will come as things get confirmed. 03/21/2006 The Force of Change website is now up and running. The merch store is up as well. Our first LP will be released in the summer of 2006. We start recording in April, so we should have some new songs up at our myspace soon to promote the full length. There will also be a vinyl release of the full length, but the details are still being worked out for that. Until the full length comes out, please check out our demo at our myspace. The four demo songs will be released on a 7" by This Blessing This Curse Recordings in April 2006. The CD version will include an additional track (A Chorus of Disapproval cover).
